Reviews and Ratings
I really liked the location of the resort, as it was quite close to local attractions. The grounds, including the pool area, were well kept, and there were some nice outdoor spaces. Unfortunately, the apartment I stayed in was quite tired and shabby, with dirty carpets and furniture that felt worn out. The amenities did not match the price we paid for our stay, and I felt disappointed overall with the value for money.
We were excited about celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary but left feeling disappointed. The garden view room we booked was actually facing the street and car park, and the lack of a lift was a struggle for us in our 70s, especially with luggage. While the apartment was nicely decorated, the basic amenities fell short. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place for those who might have difficulty handling stairs.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the location was convenient and the pool was enjoyable at night, the check-in process was unwelcoming, and the apartment we stayed in was quite run down. Despite the nice water activities for children, I can't overlook the noise from the road and the poor condition of the room, which made for a less pleasant stay overall.
I had a lovely stay at this resort with stunning river views that made my mornings feel special. The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. However, the room I initially stayed in was a bit dated and could use some renovations, which was a letdown. Plus, the limited amenities for a multi-day stay, like bathroom essentials, were disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, but make sure to request a room that meets your standards.
